I have to say that Southwest is the most pleasant airline I’ve flown with. They let me film the takeoff and landing, and when I wanted to buy a Monster (not knowing that you couldn’t pay cash) the flight attendant covered it for me. However, when I flew with Horizon Air, I hated it. There wasn’t anything that they would let me do. You rule Southwest.
