This is a video I put together of my first solo flight from Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro NC, on July 6th, 2010. I was in a Liberty XL2, N647XL
Thanks to TAA Flight Training, my instructor Brian Staples, and my parents, for helping make this possible!
If you are in the Greensboro area and want to learn to fly, I would highly recommend TAA flight training. Their website is http://www.FlyTaa.com
I filmed this video using a Sony HandyCam HDR-CX110 set to record in 720p. The camcorder was on a tripod in the back of the airplane, and bunjee-corded down to the back of the seats. All of the footage was edited in iMovie 09 on my iMac and MacBook Pro.
Thanks for watching!
